The service person arrived promptly at the appointment time and informed us what he would be doing. We asked him a couple of questions about a couple of dead insects we came across in the attic and he provided excellent information. We also asked if he could put out something in our attic and he responded yes and did so. Excellent response, great attitude and we appreciate when this person comes on the periodic service appointments.
