Harry came out for our quarterly pest control. He wiped down any cobwebs and sprayed around the house inside and out. A couple of weeks went by and I received an email to leave a review. We and our kitty were still finding a few spiders, an occasional ant, and a baby roach. I replied to the manager about our nuisance critters and he came out the next day, using different chemicals, sprayed liquids and granules everywhere. The customer service is excellent and I always learn something new about pests.

Great place for your termite needs. Our business with them only consisted of continuing a termite bond already established with previous owners. But their prices were so good, there wasn't much need for quotes from other companies. They always answered the phone during working hours, and they were always friendly.

One season we had problems with termites in our flower beds due to the mulch we were using- they came and sprayed for no extra cost (from our bond.) These beds were further from our house than our contract included and I know now they weren't obligated to do so for free. BUT THEY DID! It eased my mind to make me a happy customer!

They also sprayed my yard one year when TICKS were out of control!!! It cost me a fraction of what it would have cost me to buy the same product or a some similar product from Lowe's or home Depot. This was because I was their customer. Customer service is so important- and THIS COMPANY GETS IT!!! 5 STARS!

Starting with the phone call, the entire experience was so easy and so pleasant. The people in the office were so professional and nice and informative. The gentleman that came to do the treatment at my home explained everything he was doing and was very professional and super sweet. Matthew was on time, he was extremely polite and professional, and did an outstanding job. Furthermore he made extra effort to communicate with me using sign language when he noted from my file that I am deaf and wear cochlear implants. It was a delightful experience and I wanted to share! I have used Palmetto Exterminators for 20 years. I have never had a problem. If we have excessive rain and a bug is seen inside, Palmetto has come between set times to prevent bigger issues. My favorite besides the routine is the tick and flea each spring. Works the greatest. Three dogs and two humans with no issues!!! They maintain termite bond as well.

Tyler came for our annual termite inspection. Tyler was very polite, knowledgeable and took time in answering all my questions in detail. There was a mix-up with our appointment time and he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. Thank you so much. We appreciate you.

Ryan Lee, from the Columbia location, was a super technician. He was able to come out, inspect and treat our home for carpenter ants within a short notice. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on what carpenter ants do, what to look for and when to call, should we have any more issues. Very affordable services. 10/10 recommend! Palmetto installed and maintains my yearly termite bond. The on-site crew recently performed their inspection and treatment. They were professional and attentive. They took their time to explain the process before and after the treatment.

They were on point and on time the service was awesome. I felt so comfortable I liked how they stayed in contact with the customer by email text and a callback. They are always ready to answer any questions, the technicians are always nice, and the price is great for the level of work. Ryan is always very helpful and asks me what services I need. He also lets me know when he is on his way.

Palmetto is a wonderful company that we have been using since we moved to Beaufort in 2014. Their service is exceptional and we have no bug problem, thanks to them. The current service guy is always so personable and does an amazing job.

We have used Palmetto since they opened up in our area years ago. We would never go anywhere else. They will handle any issue that comes up quickly and professionally. We feel safe knowing they have our home's best interest and watch/look for anything that may come up between services. They rarely have to be called between services but it's nice to know they are only a call away and eager to take care of any of our concerns.
