Best company in the world to use for pest control! I have been using them since 2006. They are always very considerate and polite. I especially like Dave, the technician that comes out to my house in Mount Pleasant. Everyone should use these guys because they are great and better than any of the other companies I have ever used plus less expensive. Great package!

Great place for your termite needs. Our business with them only consisted of continuing a termite bond already established with previous owners. But their prices were so good, there wasn't much need for quotes from other companies. They always answered the phone during working hours, and they were always friendly.

One season we had problems with termites in our flower beds due to the mulch we were using- they came and sprayed for no extra cost (from our bond.) These beds were further from our house than our contract included and I know now they weren't obligated to do so for free. BUT THEY DID! It eased my mind to make me a happy customer!

They also sprayed my yard one year when TICKS were out of control!!! It cost me a fraction of what it would have cost me to buy the same product or a some similar product from Lowe's or home Depot. This was because I was their customer. Customer service is so important- and THIS COMPANY GETS IT!!! 5 STARS!

I was happy with the attention to detail that was given as I was informed that there was a little puddle in my crawlspace that I wasn't aware of, and obviously has nothing to do with the termite treatment. This company obviously has it figured out. I inherited them from the previous and first owner of the house. Which I will be forever grateful for that he had the smarts to hire this company to protect my house. And that is no joke. Termites have attacked my mailbox post which they immediately remedied. And then within a course of one week termites damn near ate a very expensive shed to the ground. One phone call they arrived and stopped the carnage. My house continues to remain safe. Chris from Palmetto Exterminators came out with another technician named Anthony to do an inspection and perimeter treatment of my house for termite service. They went through every room and closet inside and outside my home and checked out everything with a flashlight even though it was daytime. They asked me questions and gave me tons of advice on how to stay up to date and how to proactively search for signs of termites, explaining all the different ways they can get in and what to look out for as well as where to look. It's hard to find great service these days and these guys did a very thorough job. They were completely professional and extremely knowledgeable.

We have had the enjoyment of our yard all times of the day thanks to your service! It's been fantastic not having mosquitoes or flies attack us as we enjoy grilling out or having the kids play in the lawn, etc.

Amazing and quick service!! First, they were the only exterminator company who picked up the phone when I called and they manage to come as soon as possible. We have been with Palmetto since we bought our house in 2008. In mid-May my wife noticed some tracking in one of the walls. It looked like termites. We called Palmetto and they sent a team out to our house in less than an hour. It was termites and they identified three spots in the house and immediately treated them. They went over the whole home with thermal sensors and then into the attic to make sure the roof was sound.

As you can imagine, my wife and I were a bit frantic, but the Palmetto guys were so professional. They explained the remediation process (which involved reapplying treatment on the inside after several weeks and scanning the house to make sure nothing was alive in the walls). Palmetto hired contractors to open the walls and determine the nature of the repairs. They provided us with an adjuster (we had Hunter). He explained the whole process and advocated for us when our claim went in. He made sure that test traps were outside the house so that Palmetto could determine where the insects came from.

Hunter shepherded our claim through and we did not have to pay anything! The contractors showed up the day after the claim was approved and got to work. In 6 days of nonstop working, they did the demo, added the new wood, repaired the walls, reinstalled the trim, laid down a primer coat, and then repainted the walls and installed the blinds. They moved the furniture and covered it during the work. The contractors were as professional as the Palmetto folks.

Getting termites, which is a constant risk when you live in the Low Country, is a traumatic experience. I don't know how we would have navigated it without Palmetto Exterminators. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a termite bond.

Harry came out for our quarterly pest control. He wiped down any cobwebs and sprayed around the house inside and out. A couple of weeks went by and I received an email to leave a review. We and our kitty were still finding a few spiders, an occasional ant, and a baby roach. I replied to the manager about our nuisance critters and he came out the next day, using different chemicals, sprayed liquids and granules everywhere. The customer service is excellent and I always learn something new about pests.
