Best company in the world to use for pest control! I have been using them since 2006. They are always very considerate and polite. I especially like Dave, the technician that comes out to my house in Mount Pleasant. Everyone should use these guys because they are great and better than any of the other companies I have ever used plus less expensive. Great package!

Great place for your termite needs. Our business with them only consisted of continuing a termite bond already established with previous owners. But their prices were so good, there wasn't much need for quotes from other companies. They always answered the phone during working hours, and they were always friendly.

One season we had problems with termites in our flower beds due to the mulch we were using- they came and sprayed for no extra cost (from our bond.) These beds were further from our house than our contract included and I know now they weren't obligated to do so for free. BUT THEY DID! It eased my mind to make me a happy customer!

They also sprayed my yard one year when TICKS were out of control!!! It cost me a fraction of what it would have cost me to buy the same product or a some similar product from Lowe's or home Depot. This was because I was their customer. Customer service is so important- and THIS COMPANY GETS IT!!! 5 STARS!

The young man answered all my questions concerning certain bugs. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We have recommended Palmetto Exterminators to others. Also this was the second time we used their service and will continue to do so.

I have used Palmetto now for 4 or 5 years for termite and later expanded to mosquito treatment. They have done an excellent job for me. I find the personnel very professional, I like their uniforms, makes me feel safe when they come to the house, they inform us before they start the work (to protect the pets) and when they are done. Technician Mitchell was spot on today. He went over every inch of our outside home cleaning spraying and spreading granular for bugs and spiders. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend Palmetto exterminators. I have been a customer for at least 5 years now.

If you're looking for a company that consistently does a good job and always follows through, this is the one. Palmetto Exterminators has treated my home for a few years now (previously under the name Truly Nolen). Their team is courteous, on time, approachable, and knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair. In the past when I've had issues with bugs/rodents between treatments, they quickly sent someone out to help. We also recently had a hiccup with an application, but Tucker (the manager) quickly became involved and went above and beyond to make it right. These are quality folks and it's a pleasure to do business with them.
